1.What does being processed mean?

Frequently Asked Questions

Your order will post in your online account as “Being Processed” until it has shipped. Your product is either enroute from the manufacturer to Ace Wigs, or is enroute from Ace Wigs to you. Your order may post as “Being Processed” for a period of time while we organize the items in our shipping department along with the other orders being processed.

You may access your account information status if you have ordered online; however, if you have ordered by phone, fax, or mail, your account information may not be available online or via email.

If you have ordered Standard Shipping we make our best effort to deliver your product within 7 to 12 business days. If you ordered Express Shipping we make our best effort to deliver your product within 4 to 7 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. Please check your calendar.





Ace Wigs The Original Wigsite has provided online ordering since 1996 with the same owners of the company. We provide medical discounts for people in need of a wig for every day life. For assistance please call our toll free number 800-226-4668. Outside the U.S.A. please call 1-707-377-4165 between the hours of 10:00 am to 3:00 pm Pacific time.

When a back-order occurs, our customers may select any wig currently offered on www.acewigs.com as a replacement with no additional cost. This wig may be equal to, or up to 35% greater in value, than the style originally ordered. We hope this will insure a pleasurable shopping experience with Ace Wigs.
