All Fair Fashion wigs are handmade. The hair is knotted on transparent, breathable mesh to help replicate the natural growth of hair from the scalp. “The return knot” in their Natural Cap is placed inside layers of the lace mesh, allowing only the final part of the hair to come out of the cap. The end result is a wig with hair that has intact cuticles all facing the same direction from the roots to the end. Fair Fashion uses only Remy Human hair with intact cuticles, which preserves all the characteristics of the hair, such as volume and softness. The cuticles help protect the hair from the many stress factors that can damage long hair such as frequent styling with hot tools and blow dryers. Because the cuticles are all aligned in the same direction they prevent long hair from getting tangled.
