Exchange Eligibility
List Please use the chart below to verify eligibility of the item(s) you wish to exchange before proceeding. In all cases the minimum Restocking Fee will be $20.00. All items to be exchanged will be inspected to insure they are in unworn condition and otherwise meet the criteria for exchange as set forth in our Exchange Policies. Exchange Orders are processed in batches. It may take up to 2 weeks to process an Exchange Order. Failure to provide your Order I.D. Number may result in further delays. The E xchange F orm must be filled out completely. O therwise personnel at Ace Wigs will need to research the original order information, resulting in further delays.
