Description:

Your order will post in your online account as “Being Processed” until it has shipped. Your product is either enroute from the manufacturer to Ace Wigs, or is enroute from Ace Wigs to you the next business day from the date you placed your order. Your order may post as “Being Processed” for a period of time while we organize the items in our shipping department along with the other orders being processed.

Please do not be alarmed by the “Being Processed “ notation, as it means we are working on your order. You may access your account information status only if you have ordered online, not if you have ordered by phone, fax, or mail. All orders are processed in batches or groups to keep an organized warehouse. This system has been successful since Ace Wigs went online in 1996.

If you have ordered Standard Shipping we make our best effort to deliver your product within 7 to 12 business days. If you ordered Express Shipping we make our best effort to deliver your product within 4 to 7 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. Please check your calendar.

If you have ordered Overnight Shipping or 2-Day Shipping, the order deadline for same-day shipping is 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time. Otherwise your order will be processed the following business day. If you have requested Overnight Shipping with our order desk (800-226-4668) but this type of shipping is not posted on our site as being available for the item you wish to receive, we will attempt to contact you. If we are unable to contact you, we will process your order using the next quickest option available to us which is Express Shipping, (4 to 7 business days).
