Ace wigs has specific locations for each email to go to. If you have a specific question please go to the left side of the site to "Contact Us" then click on "Customer Service".
Next select an email topic, fill out a brief outline of your topic and send it. You will get an instant response with information pertaining to the topic you have selected. If this information does not adequately answer your question, please send a new email to the contact person listed in the automated response. Please include your name, order number, and re-state your situation, as unfortunately, your original email will NOT come through in your new email. If you use an old Ace Wigs email address, the email may not be received by us. This is one way Ace Wigs has detoured spam incoming to the company email box.
If your email is short and to the point with your full name and Order ID number included, it will be answered much more quickly. Due to the large volume of emails we receive, it may take a few days before you receive a reply. We answer the emails in the order received. Sending the same email over and over again to "get our attention" will not speed up a response from us, and will only clog up our inbox. We reserve the right to delete mean-spirited emails and those containing profanity. In many cases the name on the credit card may be different than the name that the order is under, so please include both names, if applicable.
All phone orders will NOT receive an automatic email response with the order information. The email address you give us over the phone is information we will use only if we need to contact you about your order. We highly encourage our customers to order online, as this way you will be given your Order ID number, and will receive an emailed order confirmation. We have purchased the same encryption system that the banks use to transfer money so we can protect your personal data and credit card information. Your information is protected with a 128 bit encryption. This is safer than most restaurants and gas stations that you use every day.
Ace Wigs does not collect customer email addresses for the reason of spamming, and we do not send out advertisements or newsletters unless the customer has specifically requested to be on our email list. Nor do we sell or share our customers' addresses with anyone.
We urge you not to send attachments to us via email. Plain text emails will go through swiftly. However, if any attachments, pop-ups or gif animations are detected, your email may be filtered out and we will never receive it. Having to use powerful spam filters is an unfortunate sign of the times. We have contacted a few congressmen about spamming problems and pre-programmed pop-ups, but it is going to take more support from the public to push a telecommunications law to prevent these violations.
